COVID-19 Tuition relief for Gym Bus families

CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC TUITION RELIEF REQUEST FORM

****If your family has experienced financial hardship such as job loss due to the Coronavirus Pandemic Quarantine Period, please go straight to the form below and submit your application. We're processing temporary suspensions and tution relief as quickly as possible. We'll hold your child's spot aboard for no charge till classes resume June 1st.****

PLEASE REVIEW OUR NEW SEASON SCHEDULE FIRST AND CONSIDER THE LIMITED TIME OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR 20% OFF FOREVER PLAN THAT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON YOUR ACCOUNT THIS MONTH.

We anticipate classes to resume on June 1st or additional refunds to come.
The schedule has been adjusted to account for the COVID-19 Quarantine Period. We're committed to transparency and ensuring your child participated in ALL of the classes your tuition has paid for or we'll happily refund any tuition due.

In summary,

Each tuition payment covers 3 classes for $48. We hold 36 classes annually with closures scattered throughout the year. We adopted this schedule in 2017 to keep our cost of tuition affordable for all. (Otherwise, tuition would be closer to $60+ monthly if we held 4+ classes monthly ;) )

We are doing everything we can to support you and hope these updates help you feel peace of mind. We do hope you stay with us and enjoy the 20% OFF FOREVER plan, if you can afford to do so. We'll continue to support you with updates as changes evolve in our community's efforts to keep us all safe and healthy.

I understand if my payment for March has yet to be processed, then Miss Mel will evaluate my account to see if I still have a balance for classes completed. We'll be in close communication via email to determine when suspension is necessary. I also understand NOT to cancel my PayPal payment profile so Miss Mel has a chance to suspend it properly.
